       But whose name is the alarm monitoring in? Where does the reset code go? Nothing you already pay for asks you.
       Wellrun does, and it keeps the answer.

       It's set out in twelve sections. Five are registers you fill in line by line. The other seven start with a short checklist and one first task.

       You'll see how many days are left on each one, and you'll get an email at sixty, thirty and seven days out.

       Systems and Logins tracks whose name each account's in, and where the reset code goes. There's nowhere in it to put a password.

       Vehicles and equipment, with serial numbers, who's got each one, and who it's financed with.
       Already got a list? Load a register straight from a spreadsheet, even a fixed asset export from Xero.

01:23  The option date, beside the lease.
       Premises holds the lease, the landlord, the end date, and the last day to exercise each option.

01:30  Seats that open only the sections you choose.
       Team seats open only the groups of sections you tick, and view-only seats are free, as many as you like.
       Your accountant or bookkeeper gets a seat too, free for as long as your account's open. You confirm it once a year in one tap, and it never opens People.

01:48  Upload it, or link to where it lives.
       Upload your documents, or just link to where they already live, in Google Drive, OneDrive or Dropbox.

01:55  A count, never a score.
       Come time to sell, Wellrun counts what you've got against the eleven documents a sale pack is built from. Nine of eleven, never a score.

02:05  One dated document, signed off by someone else.
       Before the pack goes out, Wellrun lists every record that's still missing an answer.
       Someone other than you reads it, and puts their name and capacity on it before it's issued.
       Then print it, or share it with your broker or accountant by name, for seven, fourteen or thirty days.
       And Wellrun will never tell you what your business is worth.
