Tony has spent his working life in large portfolio management, business to business sales, commercial negotiations and running operations, and has worked as a business broker in Queensland.
Selling businesses showed him the same gap again and again. The numbers were in Xero or MYOB. The jobs were in the job software. What nobody had written down was whose name the licences, the policies, the vehicles and the logins were in, and that is what a buyer, a bank or a new manager asks about.

What Wellrun does, and what it does not
Wellrun records what your business holds and who controls it. It does not value a business, give legal, tax or financial advice, connect to your accounting software, or store a single password.
Wellrun is bought and run by the owner. Your accountant, your broker or a buyer sees nothing unless you give them a seat, hand them the sale pack yourself or share it with them by name, and Wellrun passes nothing to any broker.
Wellrun holds every record and uploaded file in Sydney, Australia.
