- Free for 7 days. No card to start. Fill in three sections and you get 7 more days free. A section counts once it holds one saved record or one document. Everything you record stays when you choose a plan. If you do not choose one you are never charged, what you recorded stays readable, and adding to it waits for a plan.
- Founding offer. 30% off your first 12 months: your monthly or quarterly fees for the first 12 months, or your first annual payment. For the first 100 businesses to choose a plan, or until 11:59 pm on 31 January 2027, Brisbane time, whichever comes first. Applied at checkout, then the plan renews at its full price. A trial does not hold a place. Ends 11:59 pm on 31 January 2027, Brisbane time
- Your accountant's seat is free on every plan, for as long as your account is open.
- Plus as many view-only seats for your team as you like, free. A view-only seat opens only the groups of sections you tick, documents and registers alike, reads and opens what is filed there, and cannot add, change or remove anything. The People and Systems and Logins registers stay with you and your administrators.
- More than 30 people: from $499 plus GST a month, on request.
Plans renew until you cancel. Change plan, switch to yearly or cancel whenever you like, from inside the app, and a cancelled plan runs to the end of what you have paid for.
Quarterly billing is also available, for less than three months paid monthly: $105 plus GST a quarter for Just you, $240 plus GST a quarter for 5 seats, $399 plus GST a quarter for 10 seats, $535 plus GST a quarter for 15 seats and $885 plus GST a quarter for 30 seats.
Owners and administrators can also turn on two-step verification, a six-digit code from an authenticator app as well as the link, and we strongly recommend it.
When you sell
The sale pack is priced on its own
A sale pack is one dated document of what the business holds, read and signed off by someone other than you, for $995 plus GST per sale, or $795 plus GST on an annual plan, with free changes for 90 days. It is not part of the free trial.
Other packs
Three more packs, from the same records
Not selling? The same records make a dated pack for the other people who ask. Each states what you have recorded and names what you have not, one business at a time, on a paid plan, with free changes for 90 days. A named reviewer is optional, and a pack nobody reviewed says so.
Handover pack
$195 plus GST
For a new manager: each system and whose name it is in, where reset codes go, the written procedures, supplier and customer documents, the premises and the roles. Never a password, never a staff name.
Insurer renewal pack
$295 plus GST
For your insurer or broker at renewal: the licences and policies you recorded with insurer, number and dates, your vehicles and equipment with their identifiers, your premises and the safety documents you hold.
Bank or lender pack
$395 plus GST
For a bank or lender: what the business owns and what is financed, PPSR registration as you recorded it, the lease and its options, licences, and whether financial statements are held. No figures.
Fair questions
The ten questions worth answering first.
I've already got Dropbox and Xero.
Keep both, and Drive too. Xero holds your numbers. Dropbox holds your files. Wellrun holds the other list: which licence runs out in March, who holds the login to the alarm monitoring, when the option on your lease closes, and how a job runs, for a new manager's first Monday. A folder holds the document. Wellrun asks whose name it is in. It sits alongside what you have, not instead of it.
My accountant has all this.
Your accountant has your numbers. Last year's return, the BAS, the depreciation schedule, and they do that properly. Ask them whose name the alarm monitoring account is in, where the reset code goes, or how a job actually runs from the phone call to the invoice, and they will ask you. That half of the business has never been written down by anybody, and it is the half a new manager needs on their first Monday.
I haven't got the time.
You have not. That is why it is built in short pieces, on your phone or at the desk. Start with Systems and Logins, because you already know the answers and you do not have to go and find anything. One section, sitting in the ute before you drive off. If you never do a second one, you have still written down the thing that hurts most when the person who knows it leaves.
I'm not selling.
You may be years from selling, or never sell at all. The list a buyer asks for is much the same list a bank may ask for before it lends, a new manager needs on day one, and your family would need if you were off the tools for six weeks. You are writing it down for those. A sale is just the day it gets used hardest.
What happens to my records if I stop paying?
Nothing is deleted. If your plan ends or you stop paying, your records stay readable to you, and adding to them waits until you choose a plan again. They are yours, and nothing in here is written in a format only we can read. Getting them out: the owner or an administrator can download a copy of everything at any time, at no cost, on a plan or not: one ZIP with a spreadsheet of each register and every document in a folder for its section. If you close your account, we send you a copy first. The sale pack stays gated on purpose: you cannot assemble one until you hold enough to fill it, and somebody other than you has to put their name on it before it goes anywhere.
Who can see my records, and can Wellrun read them?
Only the people you give a seat to, and only the groups of sections you open for each one. Wellrun's operations console has no route to a customer's records, and the database, not the screen, decides who may read each row. The privacy policy says who can reach the layer underneath and when.
Is Wellrun safe to keep my business records in?
Every record and uploaded file is held in Sydney, and every connection is encrypted in transit. There is no password to guess or leak: you sign in with a link that lasts one hour, and owners and administrators can add a six-digit code from an authenticator app, which we strongly recommend. The database, not the screen, decides who may read each row, and every change to who can see what is written down with the date and the time. No system is perfect, and the privacy policy sets out how it is protected.
Where is my data kept?
Wellrun is Australian, run from Queensland, and every record and uploaded file is held in Sydney. Sign-in emails are delivered by Resend from Japan, and card payments are handled by Stripe.
What does my accountant's access cost?
Nothing. One adviser seat for your accountant or bookkeeper is free on every plan for as long as your account is open. You confirm it once a year in one tap, and it can never open People.
How do I start, and do I need a card?
Press Start your 7 free days, enter your email address and open the link Wellrun sends you. There is no password and no card, and nothing is charged unless you choose a plan. Fill in three sections during those 7 days and you get 7 more: a section counts once it holds one saved record or one document. Owners and administrators can also turn on two-step verification, a six-digit code from an authenticator app, and we strongly recommend it.
