Do I need a card to try Wellrun?
No. Start your 7 free days with your email address and nothing else: no card, no password, and nothing is charged unless you choose a plan. Fill in three sections during those 7 days and you get 7 more.
What does Wellrun cost after the free days?
From $39 plus GST a month for just you, or $89 plus GST a month for five seats, renewing until you cancel. One seat for your accountant or bookkeeper is free on every plan. Every plan is set out on the Prices page.
I already use Xero and Dropbox. Do I need this as well?
Keep both. Xero holds your numbers and Dropbox holds your files. Wellrun holds the list neither of them asks you for: whose name each licence, policy, vehicle and login is in, and the date it falls due. It sits alongside them, not instead of them.
How long does it take to set up?
One setup screen: your business name and a tick. The first section, Licences and Insurance, takes about twenty minutes with your certificates beside you. Do the rest one section at a time, on your phone or at the desk, and put any job off until later.
Is my data safe, and where is it kept?
Every record and uploaded file is held in Sydney, and every connection is encrypted in transit. You sign in with an emailed link, so there is no password to guess or leak. Only the people you give a seat to can open your records, and only the sections you choose for each one.
If I stop paying, do I lose my records?
No. Nothing is deleted. Your records stay readable, and adding to them waits until you choose a plan again. The owner or an administrator can download everything at any time, at no cost: a spreadsheet for each register and every document in a folder for its section.
